Wemade announced the change of the CEO in accordance with the board of directors' resolution on the 14th.
According to the disclosure, Park Kwan-ho, chairman of the board of directors, will take office as CEO and return to the management front. Chairman Park, South Korea's leading first-generation game developer, founded Wemade in February 2000 and led the development and service of the PC online game "Legend of Mir 2," which was an unprecedented hit in Korea and China. He plans to lead the company as the head of the game and blockchain business, away from his role in supporting management devoted to development.
