Paris Baguette, a bakery brand of SPC Group, said it will enter Italy.
SPC Group Chairman Heo Young-in met with Mario Pascucci, CEO and third-generation founder of Italian coffee brand Pascucci, who is visiting Korea on the 24th, and signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the "Paris Baguette Master Franchise in Italy."
The MOU is the result of a year of consultation between the two companies and will be the third country in Europe after France and Britain if Paris Baguette enters Italy.
The partnership between the two companies is expected to be further strengthened through Pascucci's introduction of SPC Group's Paris Baguette to Italy and "cross-entry" to help expand the European market.
