[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] CJ ENM co-chairman Koo Chang-geun, who led the entertainment division at CJ ENM, resigned. CJ ENM is the sole representative of Yoon Sang-hyun.

On the 5th, CJ ENM announced that the CEO was changed from Yoon Sang-hyun and Koo Chang-geun to Yoon Sang-hyun, the sole representative.

CJ previously carried out personnel changes to convert CJ ENM into a representative system of Yoon. Koo is said to have asked for the resignation of the representative first.

With Koo's resignation, Yoon is expected to concurrently serve as head of the entertainment division following the existing commerce division. Yoon has been in charge of related projects since he took office as the new head of the CJ ENM commerce division in 2022.
