[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Hanmi Semiconductor has supplied SK Hynix with additional equipment for high-bandwidth memory (HBM). As a result, the cumulative order amount of Hanmi Semiconductor surpassed KRW 200 billion.

Hanmi Semiconductor announced on the 22nd that it will supply the third-generation HBM process equipment model 'Dual TC Bond the Griffin' to SK Hynix. The order amounted to 21.483 billion won. It has won orders four months after launching the third-generation model in November last year.

As a result, Hanmi Semiconductor won more than 200 billion won in orders from SK Hynix.
