National Pension Service Selects 47 Securities Firms for 2024 Transactions

[Alpha Biz= Kim Sangjin] The National Pension Service (NPS) Fund Management Headquarters has selected 47 securities firms to conduct transactions in the first half of next year.
According to the financial investment industry on Tuesday, the NPS Fund Management Headquarters' Equity Management Division informed the corporate and research centers of the selected securities firms about the decision following the resolution of the "Domestic Stock Transaction Securities Selection Committee" held the previous day.
The selected securities firms are categorized into three groups: 26 firms for general transactions, 6 for cyber transactions, and 15 for index transactions (ETF trading).
For general transactions, the top-tier firms include Morgan Stanley Securities, CLSA Korea Securities, Citigroup Global Markets Securities, DB Financial Investment, Samsung Securities, and iM Investment Securities.
Second-tier firms include Daol Investment Securities, Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Seoul Branch, Meritz Securities, Shin Young Securities, JP Morgan Securities, Kiwoom Securities, Daiwa Securities, and Macquarie Securities.
The third tier consists of 12 firms: Hanwha Investment & Securities, Korea Investment & Securities, Hana Securities, BNK Investment & Securities, LS Securities, Kyobo Securities, Daishin Securities, Mirae Asset Securities, SK Securities, UBS Securities, Sangsangin Securities, and Yuanta Securities.
For cyber transactions, the selected firms are Hanyang Securities, Korea Asset Investment Securities, YuHwa Securities, Leading Investment Securities, SI Securities, and BNP Paribas Securities.
In the index transactions category, the first-tier firms are Samsung Securities, iM Securities, KB Securities, and LS Securities.
Second-tier firms include SK Securities, Meritz Securities, Kiwoom Securities, Hanwha Investment & Securities, and Hana Securities.
Third-tier firms consist of Shin Young Securities, Daishin Securities, BNK Investment & Securities, CLSA Korea Securities, DB Financial Investment, and IBK Investment & Securities.
