[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] On the 24th, HYBE issued a statement asserting that Min Hee-jin, CEO of ADOR, has never submitted any company assets such as laptops to HYBE, nor has she complied with any audits. The company clarified that two deputy CEOs of ADOR had submitted their assets with consent.

Min Hee-jin's legal team previously filed a complaint with the Yongsan Police Station against HYBE CEO Park Ji-won and key executives for obstruction of business, illegal access to electronic records, violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (illegal access), and defamation under the same act. They alleged that under the pretense of a subsidiary audit, HYBE forcibly obtained ADOR's work laptops and PCs, illegally leaking personal KakaoTalk messages.

HYBE stated, "We have never forensically examined the laptops previously returned by Min Hee-jin, as clarified during the preliminary injunction hearing." The company added, "Min Hee-jin had sent various work-related materials, including conversations with a shaman, to external parties using her HYBE work email account, and these remain on our servers." HYBE also noted that Min Hee-jin consented to the handling of personal data when she joined the company, a point clarified during the injunction hearing.

HYBE expressed a firm stance, stating, "Despite repeated clarifications regarding the acquisition of these materials, Min Hee-jin has filed a complaint based on false information. We will respond with counterclaims of false accusation."
