Celltrion Announces Additional 100 Billion KRW Share Buyback

[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Sangjin] Celltrion has decided to buy back approximately 100 billion KRW worth of its own shares, according to a public disclosure on the 21st.
The company plans to acquire a total of 583,431 shares through open market purchases.
This buyback will be the fifth such initiative this year. Previous share repurchases took place in March, April, and June, with amounts of about 75 billion KRW each, and a 100 billion KRW buyback in October.
With this additional share buyback, Celltrion will have repurchased approximately 2.39 million shares in total this year, amounting to around 430 billion KRW.
