The E & M attracts 1.33 trillion won from global investors

[Alpha Biz= Reporter Paul Lee] The E & M announced on the 27th that it has signed a letter of intent to establish a joint venture with global financial investment firm ONE WORLD IMPACT INVESTMENT HOLDINGS LTD (hereinafter referred to as 'OWI') on investment in global studio business.
OWI invests $ 1 billion (about 1.33 trillion won) in 'Studio City' as a financial investor. The Studio City Project is a global studio investment project with The E&M and OWI. OWI plans to raise $ 1 billion in funds into a global studio fund to establish and invest in a joint venture (JV) with The E&M.
OWI, a UK global investment firm, is a global large investment manager with assets totaling more than $ 100 billion (about 133 trillion won). It is an alternative investment company that provides long-term investment capital to sustainable projects around the world and is attracting investment to a total of 65 countries.
