[Alpha Biz= Reporter Paul Lee] The Financial Services Commission said in its seventh meeting on the 17th that it decided to impose fines on three companies and company officials, including Quantapia, which prepared and disclosed financial statements in violation of accounting standards.
Quantapia was fined 11.2 million won for four former CEOs.
Aha was fined a total of 540.4 million won with 90.2 million won for two people, including 450.2 million won for the company.
Gyeyang Electro-Mechanics was fined 69.7 million won for four people, including the former CEO.
