[Alpha Biz= Reporter Paul Lee] Lotte Hi-Mart announced on the 26th that its operating loss in the first quarter of this year was 16.038 billion won, down 37.9% from the same period last year.

Sales fell 16.1% to 525.083 billion won. Net loss for the current term increased by 8.0% to 19.531 billion won.
