DI Dongil to Buy Back and Cancel 30 Billion Won in Shares, Acquires Additional Shares in Dongil Aluminum

[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] DI Dongil, a KOSPI-listed company, announced on November 28 that it is accelerating its shareholder return policy and enhancing its corporate value.
The company revealed plans to repurchase 30 billion won worth of its own shares and cancel the entire repurchased amount. The repurchase agreement was signed with NH Investment & Securities.
In addition, DI Dongil disclosed that it would acquire an additional 48,750,000 shares in its affiliate Dongil Aluminum for approximately 30.7 billion won. Following this purchase, DI Dongil's stake in Dongil Aluminum will increase to 99.8%.
