SK Earthon sells its entire stake in Peru's LNG for 350 billion won

[Alpha Biz= Reporter Paul Lee] Earthon announced on the 24th that it has completed the sale of its stake in Peru LNG Company (LLC) in Peru, which has been in operation since 2010.
SK Earthon concluded the deal of selling its 20% stake in Peru's LNG for $256.5 million (about 350 billion won) to Mid Ocean Energy (MidOcean Energy), a subsidiary of EIG, a private equity fund specializing in energy investment on the 22nd (local time). Peru's LNG is a company with liquefied natural gas production plants that began production in 2010. Global energy companies Hunt Oil, Shell and Marubeni hold stakes.
The two companies agreed to sell their LNG stake in Peru in February and have been in the process. SK Earth-On will speed up the development of overseas resources with the growth resources secured by the sale.
