HD Hyundai Infracore

[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] HD Hyundai Infracore has secured an order for 39 large excavators from the Turkish Ministry of Defense. The company announced on the 20th that it has received an order for 34 units of its 38-ton excavators and five units of its 50-ton excavators under its brand DEVELON.

The Turkish construction machinery market is known for its tax benefits on domestically produced products, making it difficult for imported products to enter. HD Hyundai Infracore managed to overcome these barriers with its high engine power and fuel efficiency. The company plans to participate in additional excavator bids from the Turkish Ministry of Defense following this order.

Turkey is becoming a major export market for HD Hyundai Infracore. Last year, the company signed a contract worth 313.1 billion KRW to supply next-generation tank engines to the Turkish defense company BMC.
