[Alpha Biz= Reporter Paul Lee] Naver's subsidiary, 'KREAM', has recruited Chief Operating Officer (COO) Ha Dae-woong from Amazon.

Naver recently announced today (23rd) that it has appointed former Amazon product manager Ha Dae-woong as the new COO of KREAM.

Ha, the new COO, served as vice president of product management at Amazon from 2016 to 2020. From 2021 to 2022, I was in charge of Amazon Web Services products.

Last year, I expanded my core business such as simple payment and loan comparison and expanded my new business as Chief Product Officer (CPO) of Viva Republica (Toss).

The new COO is expected to improve its service experience and strengthen AI services at KREAM based on its diverse artificial intelligence (AI) business experience at Amazon.
