[Alpha Biz= Kim Sangjin] YG Entertainment, which manages BLACKPINK's full group activities, posted a 'BLACKPINK 2025 WORLD TOUR TEASER' on its official blog Thursday.
This world tour will take place 1 year and 5 months after BLACKPINK’s last world tour, which was held in 2022.
YG stated, "In order to support BLACKPINK's wide-ranging group activities this year, we have set up an internal project team, and preparations for their comeback are progressing rapidly." They added, "This will be a large-scale project that matches BLACKPINK’s unparalleled global status."
Details about the scale, schedule, and other specifics of the world tour have not been released yet. However, YG Entertainment emphasized that major plans are being pushed forward without delay.
Previously, BLACKPINK set a K-pop girl group world tour record by attracting approximately 1.8 million fans during their [BORN PINK] tour, which spanned 34 cities and 66 performances from October 2022 for about a year.
