[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Sangjin] On the 28th, major business leaders are scheduled to meet with President Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) during his state visit to Korea. It's reported that President Mohammed requested the meeting.
According to industry sources, top executives including Lee Jae-yong of Samsung Electronics, Choi Tae-won of SK Group, Jung Ui-sun of Hyundai Motor Group, Kim Dong-kwan, Vice Chairman of Hanwha Group, Hur Tae-soo of GS Group, and Chung Ki-sun, Vice Chairman of HD Hyundai, will participate in a private meeting with President Mohammed at a Seoul venue.
President Mohammed's state visit to Korea, at the invitation of President Yoon Suk-yeol, will take place over two days, the 28th and 29th. This marks his first state visit to Korea.
During the meeting, the executives are expected to discuss private sector cooperation between the two countries.
