[Alpha Biz= Kim Jisun] Seoul, South Korea — July 28, 2025 — Doosan Robotics Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of ONExia, a Pennsylvania-based specialist in robotic systems integration and advanced automation solutions.
Through a combination of equity purchase and participation in a capital increase, Doosan Robotics will acquire an 89.59% stake in ONExia for approximately ₩35.6 billion (USD ~27 million). The company stated the acquisition is aimed at reinforcing its position as a “smart robotic solutions leader in the era of Physical AI.”
