On the 28th, Tencent officially introduced "Black Desert" at the game conference "SPARK 2024." SPARK is an event where Tencent unveils its new lineup of games. Tencent revealed a video showcasing the vast open-world content of "Black Desert" while publicly announcing its upcoming service in China.
"Black Desert" has been voted as the "Best MMO" by gamers on MMORPG.com, the largest MMO gaming media outlet in North America, and it was also announced as the "Top Seller" on Steam in 2021, making it the only Korean MMORPG to achieve this feat. Forbes recognized the game as the "Best MMO and MMORPG of 2024," praising its consistent content updates and active communication with gamers.
Pearl Abyss is dedicated to localizing "Black Desert" in collaboration with Tencent to provide the rich content and immersive open-world adventure that the game is known for.
