Ukraine's attack on Russian oil refineries has caused international oil prices to soar 3%

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] International oil prices are soaring by 3% on news that Ukraine is attacking Russian oil refineries day after day.
As of 3 p.m. on the 13th (local time), West Texas Intermediate Oil (WTI) futures jumped 2.95% from the previous trading day to $ 79.84 per barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
Brent crude futures from the North Sea are also trading at $ 84.16 a barrel, up 2.73%.
According to Reuters, Ukrainian drones attacked the Rosneft refinery, about 130 miles from Moscow, and the Novoshakhtinsk refinery in the Rostov region.
Ukraine had earlier hit the Lukoil refinery in Nizhny Novgorod, about 265 miles from Moscow.
