[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Sangjin] Amorepacific's derma beauty brand 'AESTURA' is officially entering the Thai market.
On the 21st, AESTURA announced that it started by launching a brand shop on Thailand's leading online shopping platform, 'Lazada,' last month. The brand will also be available in local offline multi-brand stores such as 'Beautrium' and 'Watsons.'
To commemorate its official entry into the market, AESTURA will host a local promotional event. From the 22nd to the 28th, a pop-up store will be operated at Beautrium's Siam Square location in central Bangkok. Additionally, on the 28th, AESTURA will introduce the brand and its products to local media, influencers, and customers at EmSphere, one of Bangkok's major shopping malls.
Amorepacific Group is focusing on regions with high growth potential, such as Thailand, to reduce its heavy reliance on the Chinese market, which currently accounts for about 80% of its sales. The delay in the recovery of consumer sentiment in China has been negatively impacting the company's performance.
