Min Hee-jin Steps Down as CEO of NewJeans' Agency ADOR, but Continues Producing Role

[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] Min Hee-jin has stepped down from her position as CEO of ADOR, the agency behind the girl group NewJeans.
On the 27th, ADOR held a board meeting and appointed Kim Ju-young, an internal director of ADOR and CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer) at HYBE, as the new CEO.
While Min Hee-jin has resigned from the CEO position, she will continue to serve as an internal director at ADOR and remain in charge of producing NewJeans.
With this change, ADOR has separated production and management.
Kim Ju-young, the new CEO, is an HR specialist who previously served as the head of human resources at Yuhan-Kimberly and Krafton. He will focus on stabilizing the organization and managing internal affairs at ADOR.
