[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Sangjin] DB Financial Investment (016610) to Acquire Treasury Shares for Value Enhancement

On the 10th, DB Financial Investment announced its plan to purchase 650,000 treasury shares, worth approximately 3.85 billion KRW, as part of its efforts to enhance shareholder value.

The acquisition will take place through open market purchases from September 11 to December 10. 

 

A company representative stated, "We are acquiring treasury shares as part of our shareholder return policy in line with our corporate value enhancement plan."
