[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Minyoung] EcoproBM announced on the 5th that it has finalized the merger with Ecopro Global and is actively pursuing its transfer to the KOSPI market.

They plan to apply for preliminary examination for listing in the second half of the year and complete the transfer to the KOSPI market by the end of the year.

EcoproBM confirmed that it completed the merger registration with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ecopro Global, on the 3rd.

With this merger, EcoproBM will take direct control of construction and local operations at the Ecopro Global factory in Debrecen, Hungary.

In particular, EcoproBM has formed a task force (TF) led by top management to ensure the smooth operation of the Hungarian factory and has begun providing comprehensive support.

With the merger process completed, EcoproBM will now intensify preparations for its transfer to the KOSPI market.

Currently, EcoproBM has selected NH Investment & Securities as its lead underwriter for the transfer listing and is undergoing corporate due diligence.

They plan to apply for preliminary examination for listing with the Korea Exchange as soon as the due diligence process is completed.
