Worker Injured in Electric Shock Incident at Hyundai's Ulsan Plant

[Alpha Biz= Kim Jisun] A worker was injured in an electric shock incident while inspecting equipment at the Hyundai Motor's Ulsan plant on the 14th.
According to industry sources, the incident occurred at around 9:50 AM at the plant's substation, where worker A was inspecting electrical equipment and suffered burns from the electric shock. A was immediately taken to the hospital but is reported to be in stable condition, with no threat to life.
The accident caused a temporary halt to production on the Ulsan Plant's 3rd production line, which resumed operations after approximately 3 hours at around 2 PM. The 3rd plant manufactures models like the Avante and Venue.
The company confirmed that safety checks on the substation and related equipment were conducted, and the plant was expected to return to normal production shortly after the incident.
