SK Bioscience Invests 358.6 Billion KRW in Its German Subsidiary

[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] On the 25th, SK Bioscience (302440) announced that it would invest 358.6 billion KRW in its German subsidiary, SK bioscience Germany GmbH. This investment accounts for 21% of SK Bioscience's equity capital.
There will be no new share issuance related to the investment, and only the capital surplus of the issuing company will increase.
Through its German subsidiary, SK Bioscience plans to acquire existing shares of IDT Biologika and participate in a third-party allocated capital increase to obtain new shares.
