Com2uS merges with AllM, a subsidiary that developed 'Record of Lunia War' and 'Kritika'

[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] Com2uS announced on September 9 that it will merge with AllM, a subsidiary that developed 'Kritika' and 'Record of Lunia War'.
The merger ratio of Com2uS and AllM is 1:0.0001296. The price of merger per share was estimated at 92,858 won for Com2uS and 12 won for AllM. The merger shares are 415 shares.
AllM was established in 2000 and was acquired by Com2uS in 2021 as a mid-sized game company that developed games such as "Record of Lunia War," "Kritika" and "Dice of Legends."
Com2uS listed the purpose of the merger as "business reinforcement and efficiency" and said, "We expect that it will be able to successfully expand the publishing business as well as game development of various genres by absorbing AllM's PC game development and operation service capabilities."
