[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Minyoung] On the 23rd, HD Hyundai InfraCore, a subsidiary of HD Hyundai Construction Machinery, announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Doosan Bobcat to expand mutual supply of construction equipment in the North American region.

Under this agreement, HD Hyundai InfraCore will sell additional small equipment from Doosan Bobcat alongside its own equipment, while Doosan Bobcat will receive medium-sized equipment from HD Hyundai InfraCore to expand its local product lineup.

These products will be sold under each company's brand through their dealer networks across the entire North American market.

Both companies have been supplying and selling product categories that were not produced under their own brands.

HD Hyundai InfraCore and Doosan Bobcat plan to increase their market share in the North American market by expanding mutually complementary product ranges and securing new customers.

In particular, they expect that meeting the recent market demand for a full lineup of construction equipment under the same brand will help strengthen their position in the North American market.
