CJ OliveNetworks has taken over the IT operations for Seegene.

[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Sangjin] CJ OliveNetworks has announced on July 11th that it has won a contract for Seegene's IT outsourcing (ITO) business.
Until 2026, CJ OliveNetworks will support the enhancement of Seegene's IT systems operations, strategy, and overall digital transformation (DX). This includes efficiently managing Seegene's existing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system and strengthening IT management systems. CJ OliveNetworks will act as a DX partner, aiming to operate under a global standard system (Global Single Instance) to allow Seegene's major overseas entities in Italy, Germany, and other locations to conduct operations such as purchasing, manufacturing, sales, and financial management within one unified system.
CJ OliveNetworks stated that they will focus on continuous system monitoring for quality management, fault prevention, and IT strategy consulting to establish an advanced ITO framework, thereby enhancing IT service quality.
Additionally, CJ OliveNetworks currently provides ITO services to CJ Group-affiliated companies in the bioindustry such as CJ BioScience, HK Inno.N, and Korea Kolmar.
