Vice Chairman Park met with CEO Amon ahead of the opening of the world's largest consumer electronics and information technology (IT) exhibition 'CES 2023' to talk about future industries related to semiconductors. 

Executives from both companies, including SK Hynix President Kwak No-jung, were also present at the meeting. Qualcomm, a U.S. semiconductor company that has the world's No. 1 market share of application processors for smartphones (AP), has recently expanded its business scope to automotive semiconductors and the Internet of Things (IoT).
