Users who have been informed of personal information leakage can replace the USIM for free by visiting the nearby LG U+ store and presenting their ID cards. You can receive support immediately from the 20th, and even users whose personal information has not been leaked can replace the USIM at the store by applying through the website from March. Users of Al Ddeul Phone (MVNO) can also change the USIM at Al Ddeul Phone Plus store from the 20th.

LG U+ plans to support the replacement of USIM at Hapjeong Branch in Seoul, Dongdaemun Branch in Seoul, Jakjeon Branch in Incheon, Munhwa Branch in Daejeon, Donggwangju Branch in Gwangju, and Seobu Branch in Busan. The newly opened Daegu merchant store and Bundang Yatap store are also planning to provide services.
