[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Samsung Pay and Naver Pay operators Samsung Electronics and Naver Financial will form a "simple payment service alliance." 

 

It is predicted that Samsung Galaxy Phone users will be able to enter Naver Pay directly and pay as if they are using Samsung Pay. Ahead of the introduction of Apple Pay, South Korea's No. 1 online and offline simple payment service providers have responded.

According to the industry on the 20th, Samsung Electronics and Naver Financial signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on the same day and decided to cooperate in mutual service linkage.

Apple will start Apple Pay service as early as the beginning and middle of next month in partnership with Hyundai Card. Apple Pay is a non-contact simple payment service that completes payment without a real card or separate authentication just by touching a mobile device like Samsung Pay.
