[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Iron Mace, a small production company under police investigation for allegedly developing "Dark and Dark" by leaking Nexon's undisclosed project, said, "We will fight the tyranny of large corporations to the end."

"The opponent (Nexon) is going too far in the media and skillfully distorting the public to recognize the situation different from the truth," Iron Mace said in an official statement on the 9th.

In August 2021, Nexon filed a complaint with police against Iron Mace official A on charges of violating the Act on the Prevention of Unfair Competition and Protection of Trade Secrets (Unfair Competition Act) and the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes.

Nexon claims that A illegally leaked data from the unpublished game "Project P3," which he was in charge of while serving at the new development headquarters, and created "Dark and Dark" based on this.

Iron Mace denied Nexon's claim, saying, "'Dark and Darker' is a game developed by Iron Mace from the beginning and has never used inappropriate trade secrets."
