[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Hanwha Aerospace held the 46th regular shareholders' meeting at the Seongnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Seongnam, Gyeonggi-do on the 28th and re-elected Hanwha Group Vice Chairman Kim Dong-kwan, CEO of the strategic division, as an in-house director.

Vice Chairman Kim, the eldest son of Hanwha Group Chairman Kim Seung-yeon, was promoted to vice chairman in August last year after being appointed as an in-house director of Hanwha Aerospace in 2021. Kim is in charge of major businesses such as manufacturing and defense within the group and is the CEO of Hanwha Aerospace, Hanwha Solution, and Hanwha Strategy.

Hanwha Aerospace newly appointed Ahn Byung-chul as its executive director at the shareholders' meeting, while Kim Hyun-jin, an outside director, and Jeon Jin-koo, an auditor, were also newly appointed.
