[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] Kakao Games' blockchain subsidiary, METABORA Singapore, announced on the 26th that its blockchain token 'BORA' will be listed on the Japanese cryptocurrency exchange Zaif.

BORA passed the whitelist screening by the Japan Virtual and Crypto Assets Exchange Association (JVCEA) last month and received trading approval from the Japanese Financial Services Agency. Trading will commence today at 6 PM.

In Japan, only virtual assets listed on the regulatory whitelist (currently 94 assets) are permitted for exchange listings.

Through this listing, METABORA Singapore aims to strengthen its recognition in the Japanese market and establish a foundation for local services for its upcoming projects.
