According to Golf Zone and others on the 17th, the patent court ruled on the 12th that Kakao VX and SG Golf, which violated Golf Zone patent technology, violated the patent. 

 

They will have to scrap all screen golf products using patented technology and compensate the golf zone for 1.92 billion won for Kakao VX and 1.46 billion won for SGM, including delayed damages.

"The defendant has infringed on long-term patent rights and has consistently denied the infringement," the Intellectual Property Court Department 24-1 said. "Do not produce, use or sell products that imitate the golf zone's patent technology and dispose of all finished products and related products stored in the defendant's headquarters, branch offices, business offices, factories and warehouses." 

 

In addition, the court ruled that the company should compensate for the profits gained from patent infringement.
