[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Lee Dong-chae, chairman of Ecopro,'s family company, sold about 60 billion won in EcoproBM shares. Choi Moon-ho, CEO of EcoProBM, also sold his stake worth 500 million won.

Ecoprobm announced on the 28th that Erum T&C, a related party to Ecopro, sold 209,000 shares from the 11th to the 26th. Based on the selling price (253,421 won to 300,082 won), the selling volume is about 60 billion won.

Erum T&C is a family company with a 100% stake owned by Chairman Lee and his family. The number of shares held by IRUM T&C for EcoProBM decreased from 4,904,636 shares to 4,695,636 shares. In terms of equity ratio, it decreased from 5.01% to 4.8%.

In the case of CEO Choi, he sold 2,000 of the 5,076 shares of EcoproBM on the 26th as a bonus. The selling price is 254,000 won, and the total selling size is 508 million won.
