SK sues Roh So-young for 'real estate lawsuit'

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] SK Group Chairman Choi Tae-won has filed a lawsuit for a real estate delivery claim ordering the eviction of the museum's art center Butterfly in the SK building, saying the lease has expired. The museum is run by Roh So-young, who is in a divorce suit with Choi.
According to the business community on the 23rd, SK Innovation filed a lawsuit with the Seoul Central District Court against Art Center Butterfly on the 14th of last month. Art Center Butterfly, which was established in 2000 as the predecessor of Walkerhill Art Museum, moved into the fourth floor of SK Seorin Building, Jongno-gu, Seoul, the headquarters of SK Group.
SK Group issued an eviction order after the lease contract with Art Center Navi ended, but it was reported that it filed a lawsuit because it did not fulfill it.
Choi and Roh are currently in the process of filing an appeal for divorce. The separate lawsuit is expected to expand the battle.
