[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Lotte Group has formed a Future Growth Task Force (TF) to find future food in both Korea and Japan and has begun full-scale operation. Many in the business community say that the TF is related to the succession of the third generation of Lotte family.

According to the industry on the 6th, Lotte Korea and Lotte Holdings in Japan recently formed a future growth task force (TF). Lotte Group plans to find future food through these TFs.

Currently, Lotte Group has set four major themes - health and wellness, mobility, sustainability and new life platforms - as new future growth engines, and is seeking to expand its market dominance and reorganize its business portfolio through mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

These TFs also plan to create synergy between Lotte and Lotte through continuous communication.
