SKC proceeds to sell its subsidiary SK Pucore

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] SKC is promoting the sale of its subsidiary SK Pyucore.
SK Pucore runs a polyurethane raw material business.
According to the industry on December 12, SKC decided to sell SK Pucore. SKC is said to be currently negotiating the sale with multiple companies.
SK Pucore was established in 2015 as a joint venture between SKC and Mitsui Chemical. The company was converted into an SKC 100% subsidiary following the conclusion of the joint venture agreement in 2021.
