[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Incross has named Son Yoon-jung as its new CEO. Sohn Yoon-jung, the nominee for CEO, is a digital advertising expert who joined the company in 2001 and has been in the media lab industry for more than 20 years.

In April, Incross announced the resignation of CEO Lee Jae-won. After searching for a new representative, Son Yoon-jung, the current executive director of the business, was appointed as the new representative. Incross will hold an extraordinary shareholders' meeting and a board meeting on July 31 to finalize the process of appointing a CEO.

Son Yoon-jung, the CEO nominee, joined SK Telecom's mobile marketing agency 'Aircross' in 2001 after going through an advertising agency. Aircross is considered the predecessor of the Incross Media Lab business.

Under the new CEO Son Yoon-jung, Incross plans to provide mid- to long-term momentum for earnings growth and focus on enhancing corporate value.
