[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] An error occurred in the Android version of KakaoTalk that the file was not sent, which caused inconvenience to users.

According to related industries on the 21st, photos and documents were not sent to some users who installed KakaoTalk Android version 10.2.5 distributed the previous day.

Kakao said it immediately proceeded with the update at the time it recognized the problem. However, some of the users who completed the update reported that there was an additional error in which the file sent by KakaoTalk did not open in the application.

"We are sorry for the inconvenience," a Kakao official said. "We are aware of the problem and will resolve it as soon as possible."
