[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] While Kakao communities are suffering from worsening profitability, they have begun to lose weight in earnest, such as voluntary retirement and manpower relocation, along with reorganization.

According to the IT industry on the 26th, Kakao Enterprise is in the process of a 'community movement program'.

The community movement program is a system that helps executives and employees, who need to adjust their work following the withdrawal of the business, find a suitable place in Kakao CIC (in-house independent company) or within the community.

Kakao Enterprise has launched a program for all employees regardless of their annual leave and duties. It is reported that the target of conversion is three digits.

The Community movement programme is not compulsory. However, some employees who feel burdened by the shift in work and affiliates are said to be concerned that it is actually a "recommendation to change jobs."

"We have expanded opportunities for the community movement support process, which used to support person-to-person movement, to the company level," a Kakao Enterprise official said. "Due to changes such as the addition of positions, we do not specify the end date."

The company explained that for executives and employees who have not moved to CIC and the community, they will continue to work at Kakao Enterprise, and there are no plans to reduce the number of employees such as voluntary retirement.
