Five models, including the Genesis G80, have recalled some 270,000 units due to faulty parts in the front seat belt regulator.

The most problematic problem was found in the Hyundai New Grandeur model, the new GN7. General Grandeur models had poor communication between vehicle controls and parking sensors, while 11,200 and 14,316 hybrid models were recalled due to errors in setting up electronic brake software, respectively.
