[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Naver will participate in the Ukrainian reconstruction project and promote the export of generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Generative AI is a technology that learns a vast amount of data and actively generates results according to conversations and specific needs of users as if talking to real people.

Chae Sun-joo, head of Naver's Foreign and ESG Policy, attended the 'Ukraine Reconstruction Cooperation Meeting' held in Warsaw, Poland on the 14th. "We are planning to participate in the digital transformation business for urban infrastructure."

The specific roles Naver will play in the Ukrainian reconstruction cooperation project ▲ Building a digital twin infrastructure ▲ developing a generative AI ▲ providing a sovereign cloud.

Naver plans to build a smart city in Ukraine through digital twin technology. The digital twin is a three-dimensional implementation of the real world in the digital environment, which is the foundation of smart city construction.

Naver also aims to upgrade Ukrainian e-government services through the development of Ukrainian-based generative AI.
