[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Samsung C&T's construction division announced on the 23rd that it has been selected as the construction company for the Garak Ssangyong 2nd Apartment Remodeling Project (hereinafter referred to as Garak Ssangyong 2nd Remodeling) in Garak-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul.

Garak Ssangyong's second remodeling union approved a bill to select Samsung C&T as its builder at the union's general meeting held on the 22nd. Garak Ssangyong's second remodeling is a project to create 565 households in seven apartment buildings with six basement floors to 27 ground floors and auxiliary welfare facilities in Garak-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, with a construction cost of about 266.7 billion won.

Samsung C&T plans to showcase Raemian's own specialized design and community facilities in the complex. On the exterior, it will apply a combination of metal and curtain wall look based on the beauty of light and realize the safety and convenience of access through a three-stage door that distinguishes the vehicle from the walking line.
