[Apha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Namgoong Hong, CEO of Samsung Engineering, bought 1,101 shares of his common stock.

Samsung Engineering announced on the 3rd that President Namgoong acquired 1,101 common shares of Samsung Engineering through an in-house purchase.

The acquisition price is 36,800 won per share, and the total purchase amount is 40,516,800 won. Namgoong will hold 16,361 ordinary shares of Samsung Engineering and a 0.01% stake.
