CJ CheilJedang will launch 13 new products such as Hetbahn and dumpling to Shinsegae first

[Apha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] CJ CheilJedang, which stopped ordering products from Coupang due to a conflict over the unit price, decided to introduce 13 new products to Shinsegae's three distribution companies first.
CJ CheilJedang announced on the 17th that it will introduce 13 new products, including Bibigo dumplings, hetbahn cups, tteokbokki and carp bread, to three Shinsegae retailers, including E-Mart, SSG Co. and Gmarket, as the first step since its partnership with Shinsegae in June.
These products will also be available simultaneously at CJ The Market, the official mall of CJ CheilJedang, and will be expanded to other distribution channels in two months.
The new products include three types of "Bibigo Flat Gyoja" (original, spicy, and galbi), two kinds of "Hatban Cupban" (spicy chicken cheese rice, crispy young radish bibimbap), three kinds of "Bibigo Tteokbokki" (original, spicy and cheese flavor), as well as snacks such as "Bibigo Bungeobbang."
In addition, the existing online-only product, Bibigo Basic Piggyback Cabbage (10kg), will be introduced as a 4kg product to meet offline customer preferences.
CJ CheilJedang also plans to introduce innovative products jointly developed with three Shinsegae distributors within this year. Focusing on dumplings, soup and milk kit products, brand managers of CJ CheilJedang and buyers from three Shinsegae distributors are working together to plan new products optimized for customer needs.
