[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Hwang Hyun-sik, CEO of LGU+, announced the launch of a new plan that expanded user benefits and options.
"We will introduce new rate products that expand customers' benefits and options following the launch of a 5G interim plan to ease the burden of telecommunication fees for all citizens," LGU+ CEO Hwang Hyun-sik said in a CEO interview on LG Uplus' official blog on the 22nd.
Mobile carriers such as LGU+, SK Telecom and KT have launched various rate plans in line with the government's policy to cut household communication costs. Examples include a 5G intermediate plan that connects 10GB data section products and 100GB or more data section products, as well as a customized plan for each generation. Hwang also expressed his intention to release more diverse rate products.
LGU+, which has been allocated an additional 20MHz width by the government, has launched a 5g service using the 100MHz width since June.
Hwang also did not leave out an order to employees that they should be LGU+s who do their best from the customer's point of view, not formal kindness.
