[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Dongbu Construction announced on the 5th that it has won an order to build a secondary battery production facility ordered by Kum Yang. The order amount is about 102 billion won.
According to Dongbu Construction, the project is a project to build two secondary battery plants with an annual output of 300 million cells (cell) on a site of about 180,000㎡ in the E-PARK General Industrial Complex in Jangan-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan. The construction period is about 16 months, and is scheduled to be completed in December 2024.
Dongbu Engineering & Construction stressed that it has been steadily increasing orders for high-tech plants based on professionals in the industrial plant sector, which has been promoted since last year.
