According to the business community on the 17th, Taekwang Group recently found problems during an internal audit of its infrastructure and leisure affiliate tsis and expanded its audit to all affiliates. In the process, tsis CEO Kim Ki-yu, who headed the management council to discuss the group's major agenda, was dismissed.

"As tsis manages the group's buildings, real estate and golf courses, we are checking all affiliates to see if there are any problems with other affiliates," a group official said.

The current chairman of the management council is vacant. Sung Hoe-yong, vice chairman of Tcast, serves as acting chairman.
